Here’s how our program works for Complete Course (6-Month) & Monthly Course (Without Live Classes) and Add-on Sessions:

Add-on Session Purchase & Use: 

If you enroll in a course without live classes, you can purchase add-on sessions to clear your doubts. 

Please note: Add-on sessions aren’t necessary for courses that already include live classes. 

If your course bundle already provides add-on sessions, you should only purchase additional add-on sessions after exhausting those included in your bundle.

Add-on Session Duration: 

Each add-on session is a fixed 1-hour duration, regardless of the actual time used. For example, if you use only 25 minutes, one full session will be considered completed, and any unused time won’t be rolled over.

Doubt Preparation: 

For these add-on sessions, you’re required to prepare a list of doubts in advance, as each session has a maximum limit of 1 hour.

Content Coverage in Add-on Sessions: 

We won’t cover new lessons or new songs in these add-on sessions; they’re strictly for clarifying existing course material. 

During add-on sessions, we’ll only cover doubts directly related to the specific course you’ve purchased.

Extended Session Payment: 

If an add-on session goes over 1 hour, you have two options: 

purchase a new session, or pay for the extended time during the ongoing session. 

We’ll inform you during the session about the payment required if the 1-hour limit is exceeded.

Session Scheduling Information: 

Once an add-on session is booked, we’ll inform you of the exact time schedule.

Learning New Material: 

Should you wish to learn new songs or material beyond the course curriculum, you can purchase separate live classes. These can be held in batches or as one-on-one personalized sessions, depending on your needs.

Refund Policy: 

Please refer to our full refund policy for detailed information. 

Course Purchase Refund: We offer a 3-day return policy for course purchases without live classes. No refunds will be made after this 3-day period has expired, and any eligible refund amount will be processed as per our refund terms and conditions.

Add-on Session Refund: No refunds will be made for add-on sessions. 

Add-on Session Validity: 

The validity of any add-on session you purchase extends until the validity of your main course enrollment, with an additional 3-day grace period to claim and complete the add-on session.

Account Security and Multiple Logins: 

Suspension for Multiple Logins: If multiple logins are detected on more than two devices with different IP addresses, your course enrollment will be temporarily suspended. 

Contact Period: You’ll have a period of 48 hours to contact us and explain the reason for these multiple logins. 

Enrollment Cancellation: If you fail to contact us within this 48-hour period or provide a satisfactory explanation, Sangeet Ka Sparsh reserves the right to cancel your enrollment, and no refund will be made.
